Shipping and Handling Policies

Total time to delivery = processing time + shipping time.

Processing time: We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. All items ship directly from the manufacturer and processing time depends on the item(s) you order. If you order items from multiple manufacturers, you will receive separate shipments. See the "Details" section for the item you are interested in to find its processing timeframe.

Shipping time:

Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States: Standard shipping is by either FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service ground delivery. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, and number of packages in the order. Depending on destination location and which carrier (chosen at our discretion) shipping times usually range from 1 to 6 business days.

Shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States: We must manually calculate shipping costs for all orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States based on destination location, weight, size, and number of packages in the order. Additional shipping charges will apply. You may go ahead and place your order online and we will contact you before processing your order to get your permission for the additional charges. Depending on destination location and which carrier is used (chosen at our discretion) shipping times are usually 3 to 5 business days. The customer will be responsible for paying any and all import duties and taxes that may be due for orders shipped internationally. We do not estimate or quote the cost of import duties and taxes for international orders.

Shipping to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you purchase from us, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive it for a refund, replacement or exchange, per our Return Policy below.


Return Policy

Items received by customer in good condition:Any item*may be returned within 30 days from date you receive it for a refund of the price of purchase. Massage Empire does not refund the shipping charges unless a mis-delivery took place. Call or email us at returns@massage-empire.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions on how and where to return the item. You are responsible for paying all shipping prices to return the items to the address we specify. You must insure each package that you send against damage during shipment and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive credit only when and if your item is received in original condition, free of scratches, dents and any other form of damage, complete in original packaging at the address that we specify. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges. *Oils, lotions, cremes, face rests and sheets must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return authorization.

Items received by customer in damaged condition: All items leave the warehouse in perfect condition. In the rare event that your shipment arrives and the box is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and do not accept the damaged package and then contact us immediately. If you find that an item is damaged after you open the packaging,you must retain the packaging as proof that the item was damaged during shipment and call or email us at returns@massage-empire.com. We will happily and immediately ship you a replacement at no cost to you. We will give you instructions on what to do with the damaged item, which may entail returning the item to us at no cost to you or keeping the item as a free gift from us (at our discretion).


Back Orders

We will automatically back order any item that you order which is out of stock at time of order processing. If a back order causes your order to be sent in an additional shipment we will pay for standard ground delivery for the additional shipment.


Sales Tax

Unless a tax exemption certificate is on file, all orders that ship to a New York state address will be charged 8.5% sales tax and all orders that ship to a California address will be charged 8% sales tax.


PaymentMethods

We accept Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, checks and money orders. Send PayPal payments to info(AT)massage-empire.com. Make checks and money orders payable to Massage Empire, Inc.. Allow 6 business days for your check to clear before we process your order. There is a $25 fee for any returned check. Lastly, in special cases we may accept wire transfer for order payment. How to place an order

You may order online 24 hours per day here at http://www.massage-empire.com. All orders are secure using 128-bit SSL encryption for the best in customer safety. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Find what you are looking for. Click either the picture of the item or the "Details" link beneath the item description for more information about the item.
  2. When you have chosen the item you want click the "Add to Cart" link for the item.
  3. Choose the options you want (such as color, size and quantity) and then click the "Add To Cart" button. To add additional items to your order simply follow the same procedure for each item until you are ready to check out.
  4. To complete your order first view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking "Cart" in the menu bar at the top of the web page, then click the "Check out" button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen.
  5. Type in your shipping and billing information and any special instructions you may have, then click the "Continue" button.
  6. Verify that all of your information is correct and then fill in your credit card information and click the "Submit Order" button. You will automatically be emailed a copy of your receipt. If we have any questions about your order we will contact you.

You may order by phone. Call our customer service department toll free. Our offices are open for calls Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please be prepared to leave a message if our customer service representatives are unable to take your call. We observe all national holidays.

You may order by mail or fax. First obtain your shipping price quote by calling our customer service department toll-free. Then print this order form and send it to us by mail to Massage Empire, Inc.


How to contact us

You may view our contact information any time by clicking the "Contact Us" link in the menu bar at the top of the web page. On the Contact Us information page you can send us an email or obtain our address and telephone numbers.


How to check the status of an order

You may check the status of your order any time by logging in to the Massage Empire website at http://www.massage-empire.com. Click the "My Account" link in the menu bar at the top of the web page. Enter your email address and password and click the "Log In" button. In the box labeled Recent Orders simply check the "Status" column. If your order has a "Status" of "Shipped" you may check for a tracking number by clicking on the order number. The tracking number, if available, will be in the "Comments" box at the bottom of the Order.


How long will it take to receive my order?

It usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks to receive your order, depending on the availability of the item(s) you purchase. Most items will ship in 1 to 3 business days, butsome items (like custom made tables) will take up to 2 weeks to get out the door. To check the estimated shipping date for your order or to see if a tracking number is available follow the instructions for "How to check the status of an order" above. Please see our Shipping and Handling Policies section above for more information.

You must have cookies enabled in your web browser to use our web site to purchase professional massage equipment.

If you are sure that you have cookies enabled, you may simply need to purge the cookies in memory to force your computer to allow the cookie to update. To do this (in Internet Explorer) click the "Tools" pull down menu, then click "Internet Options." In the center of the new window that comes up, click the "Delete Cookies" button, then click the "Delete Files" button, and finally click the "Ok" button to close the window.

If you are not sure if you have cookied enabled or not, you can find out (in Internet Explorer) by clicking the "Tools" pull down menu and then clicking "Internet Options." A new window will appear on your screen. Click the "Privacy" file tab at the top of this window. You will see a vertical slider which you can use to set your desired level of cookie blocking. We use "Medium" on all of our machines, but you should choose what you are comfortable with.
